The purpose of this course is to provide an intensive and comprehensive review of current knowledge of severe weather, ranging from tornadoes, mesoscale convective systems, local thunderstorms to the Planetary Boundary Layer in severe weather conditions. It is primarily addressed to PhD and Master students in atmospheric sciences.
